Bill Glenn is the Executive Chairman of Crenshaw Associates and the host of the Crenshaw Associates Podcast. Sharing knowledge gained as a public Director, CEO, and President, Bill speaks to leading industry CEOs, CHROs, and Directors on matters that involve the intersection of talent, corporate strategy, and execution. Bill brings more than three decades of experience in global leadership, talent management, and technology transformation. He holds board leadership roles as Director of Ceras Health and Trustee of The Boys and Girls Club of America, and was recently an Independent Director for lululemon. Prior to Crenshaw, Bill was the CEO of American Express’ $2B Global Business Travel business. Bill led the development of the investment thesis and the $2B spin-off as a stand-alone entity. Earlier, Bill served as President of American Express’ $5B Commercial Services business and, before, its $3.7B Global Merchant Services division, where he stood up an information and predictive analytics function. Before that, Bill spent several years as a President and in operations, and marketing leadership roles at PepsiCo, and he started his career at Procter & Gamble.
